A Day Late Because of Travel!
For those who've been long-time Backers of my various campaigns you know I tend to like to drop a weekend update every Friday. This particular weekend I'm with my family on a "race-cation" in Vermont. And, well, my internet sucks, LOL. So, I'm trying... 😂
What a FANTASTIC first week for Nightcare!! And it's not even a full week, yet! Keep spreading the news and sharing the awesome word about Scott's wonderful book series here. Almost halfway funded in 5 days!

You can essentially "preorder" books to build up funding like Kickstarter, but you're not limited in selecting just one rewards tier plus you can see add-ons on the main page. It's more like "crowdfunded shopping". Like KS, you do not have to pay until the campaign successfully closes. Check it out!!

Hey everyone! Scott here!
I know Charlie sent y'all an update last night, and I promise to not inundate you with updates and e-mails, but I just had to jump on here to say thank you! Thank you for enthusiastic support, shares, and retweets.
We're not even two full days into this and (as of right now) are almost at 40% of our goal. That absolutely amazes me. And not just that! Not only are we nearly 40% of our way to the goal, but Kickstarter has just selected us as a Project We Love! So as many of us as there are now, fingers crossed and to quote everyone's favorite founding father, "tomorrow there'll be more of us!"
I also wanted to let you know about another Kickstarter. Jeremy Vinar, who is doing one of our variant covers, is running a Kickstarter as well!
From Jeremy: Green Knight Street Fight: In the Alpha Zone is a totally rad Sci-Fi/Fantasy/Action/Comedy where Arthurian legend meets Captain Planet meets Escape from New York meets The Monster Squad. A love letter to early 90's arcade gaming and pop culture. An environmentalist fever dream the ancient Druids would read and then yell "Cowabunga!" Yes, it's all that . . . and a bag of chips. Back us now and find out what happens when the Green Knight of Arthurian legend comes crashing into an arcade in the year 1992, mistakenly enlists a squad of smart ass middle school kids and time travels to the future to prevent an apocalyptic environmental catastrophe!

Spider-Squirrel Titan-Sized Annual!
For those who missed the news: fan-favorite artist Chris Campana has signed on to produce the linework for my next Spider-Squirrel tale! The main story for this annual is a 24-page adventure and it's written, edited, and waiting for Chris's schedule to clear up. The planned release is early 2023 right as convention season begins!
